who we are
The discipline behind Hikaridream comes from the automotive industry. Our founder and project team spent 16 years inside the supply chains of the world’s largest automakers — VW Group, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Mazda — managing keyless-entry and vehicle-component programs from first sample to SOP. That work ran on stage-gate reviews, PPAP documentation, BOM-level cost control, and engineering teams coordinated across five countries — the United States, Germany, France, Japan and China. It produced programs that shipped to vehicles on the road in more than 50 countries, on time and at the cost the OEM signed.
We are not a factory — that is by design. As a trading company, we choose the right production partner for each style, hold every partner to the same written spec sheet, and run each order as a small program: a sample gate before production, in-line inspections, an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment report with photos, and a milestone schedule you can hold us to. If one factory hits a problem, your order does not stop — we re-route it, the way a global program keeps shipping when one supplier has a yield issue.
