From RFQ to delivery in 5 gated steps: 48-hour structured quote, sample gate, AQL 2.5 photo inspection, milestone delivery. FOB, CIF or DDP.
Every order runs the same five-gate process we used on automotive programs. You always know which gate the order is at, what happens next, and what you will receive at each step.
Gate 1 RFQ &Spec Review
Within 48 business hours. We review your logo, quantity, target price and need-by date; we check fabric weight, print process and packing against a spec sheet before quoting. You receive a structured quote: unit price by tier (50 / 100 / 500+), sample lead time, production lead time, and 2-3 cost-optimization options (fabric weight / print method / packing) with the trade-offs explained.
Gate 2 Sample Approval
3-5 days. We produce a physical sample (or a digital proof for full-print styles) and ship it with tracking, plus a sample report — fabric, measurements, print quality. Nothing enters mass production until you sign off. Sample fee $8-15 per style, refunded on orders of 500+ pieces.
Gate 3 Production & In- line Check
12-20 days depending on style. Production runs in batches; we inspect at 20-30% and 70-80% completion. You receive in-line photos and a brief status update at each check — without you asking.
Gate 4 Pre-shipment Inspection
1-2 days before ship. AQL 2.5 sampling on the finished, packed goods: measurements, print check, function check (zippers, handles, lining), packing count. You receive a photo/video inspection report. You approve release — or we rework and re-inspect at our cost for confirmed defects.
Gate 5 Milestone Delivery
Per Incoterm. FOB, CIF or DDP via sea, air or express. You receive the B/L or AWB within 24 hours of shipment, with commercial invoice and packing list, and the inspection report archived with your order for 12 months. If anything misses the milestone, you hear it from us before you discover it.
